Cancellation Policy

Booking & Cancellation Appointments are recommended to guarantee your spot, especially on weekends and holidays. Walk-ins are welcome when space allows, but booked customers have priority. Rescheduling and cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows may be charged the full session fee. 🧼 Session Details Each booking includes 30 minutes of wash time per pet. Need more time? Just ask—we’ll do our best to accommodate. Please arrive 5 minutes early to check in and get settled. If you’re late by more than 10 minutes, your session may be shortened or rescheduled. 🐶 Safety & Waiver All customers must review and accept our Liability Waiver & Release before booking. You must be 18 years or older to book and use the self-serve wash. Minors must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Aggressive or visibly ill pets may be refused service for safety reasons. Dogs must remain on leash at all times while on the premises. 💳 Payment & Refunds Payment is due at the time of booking or upon arrival.
